FAQs on HomebankingIs the number at the bottom of my checks my account number?No, that number is called your micr number. Your checking account number is the same as your savings account number, if you do not know this number please call our office at 615-382-8255 and we will be glad to assist you.Are we able to make transfers from one account to a different account number?Yes. You have to come into any of our offices and fill out a "Cross Account Form" to get set up to do this.Is there a charge to use home banking?No, the CREDIT UNION for Robertson County Internet Home Banking is easy, secure and free to all of our members.How do I get started?In order to use our Internet home-banking site, you will need a password. To get your new password, come by our office, or log on to our web site and sign up!* Once your new password is issued, you will be required to change it on your first visit to the secure site. What if I forget my password?Unfortunately, neither the credit union nor our web system administrator can 'look up' or otherwise inquire on your password. It's not technically possible. What we can do is issue you a new one, which you will be required to change on your first visit to the site. You must call us or visit one of our branches to discuss your options to reset your password.How secure is the home banking web site?Insuring our system security and your privacy within our Internet home banking site is our number one priority.
